It has been a busy week of taking Trimester 2 Math and Writing Assessments, celebrating Dr. Seuss's Birthday/Read Across America Day, and attending 2nd Grade's Safe Bodies/Safe Words Assembly amidst some very wacky weather! I am proud of how all persevered through the math and writing tests--they were quite challenging and required good focus and stamina! Your student will be sharing these, among other work, at conference time.
On Tuesday, March 6th, I will have a substitute teacher in class while I conduct 1:1 Reading tests on each 2nd grader. Attendance and good rest, nutrition, and attitudes are highly encouraged! Thank you for your support!
I have 3 families yet to schedule a conference with me and your student! Click on the designated link below. Please email me if you need assistance in any way. Thanks to all who have already booked their conferences!
